We were able to buy Hermitage tickets at the front desk and avoud waiting in line which was a great benefit since it was very crowded. The hotel was nothing special to look at (located on a busy side street a few blocks from Nevitsky) but was very convenient from - This hotel is centrally located and withi easy walking distance to most major sights. Hotel also had a driving service to transport us to and from the airport and train station. Everyone spoke English. The only negative issue we had was that the omplimentary coffe was awful. Tea was great though. They have a 24 house complementary refreshment area,
