The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites. We would definitely recommend to anyone. Lovely traditional style of hotel. -

Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks. It's a good hotel, very central located near the top attractions and the main shopping street. The room is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is fair and the selection of the foods are ok. -
Spacious room and bathroom. There was also a bathtub, which is way more

Friendly, helpful staff by Russian standards. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms and a good if unchanging breakfast.
Convenient small supermarket nearby helped offset high Moscow food and drink prices. -

Location amazing. The best in Moscow. Walking distance to everywhere. Metro just outside the door. Hotel is very historical. There is a photo gallery on the 2nd floor by the breakfast room where you see people who have stayed there and is it unbelievable. A good history lesson to the past with events before and after the

Location is hands down amazing. From 3 metro stops within walking
distance to your ability to cross the street for a midnight stroll of
Kremlin. We had a regular ( no view) room and it was enormous, clean
with a very comfortable bed. Chocolates and next day weather reports on
the pillow were a nice touch.

A Magnificat hotel, with great staff, especially in the Club room.
