The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. I would recommend this hotel; however, i would highly recommend to avoid ordering from its restaurant. - Helpful, friendly & welcoming staff. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.

We liked the interior design of the hotel, the room was nice - small, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa besides a king-sized bed. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded for free. As I arrived after a terrible trip I was very grateful for that. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view.
