  Excellent staff & service, very friendly & helpful. This relatively new hotel is an excellent choice for a city center stay following several days on the train. A short taxi ride from the station, the Hotel is convenient, modern, clean & comfortable, with a restaurant serving an excellent breakfast (and other meals) with a wide choice ... cosa dice la gente » & great service. But I could only - Hotel room and Lobby and hallways very clean presentable, the reception staff spoke excellent English and were truly helpful.   Although the hotel isn't in the centre of the city, it has very good transport links to the city centre all of which pass nearby the hotel. The room was very nicely furnished, it was clean and it was comfortable. The staff is very helpful although they speak only the Russian language.   Nice people; well one lady was a pisser. There's always one, but the rest bent over backwards. Wireless in the lobby. Central location in then Buryatian market. Internet cafe in the block. - Modest price. Hotels in Irkutsk are expensive, especially when booking online.
