  Excellent staff & service, very friendly & helpful. This relatively new hotel is an excellent choice for a city center stay following several days on the train. A short taxi ride from the station, the Hotel is convenient, modern, clean & comfortable, with a restaurant serving an excellent breakfast (and other meals) with a wide choice ... cosa dice la gente » & great service. But I could only - Hotel room and Lobby and hallways very clean presentable, the reception staff spoke excellent English and were truly helpful. Gave us early check-in and were friendly polite and warm.

  Staff, especially Yulia. I haven't seen such smile in Russia for a long time. It was second stay in this hotel and I'choose it next time I will be at Irkutsk. - Very friendly staff. Excellent cost-effectiveness. Massage shower cabins en suite. Located in the city's heart.
