Ottima struttura, nuovo building, ottima posizione per accesso aeroporto. The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. Location is great, supermarket is 100 meter from the suites and metro is only 150 meter away, make it convenient to commute to city center (4 stations) away. The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

Response staff - When we reported AC problems someone arrived right away, checked the settings, and we received a call offering to relocate us to a room with working AC. Also used the concierge services and it worked well.

Staff was so nice,attentive and helpful.
Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. It was on the first floor with the views into the garden, where the outside terrace are in summer times. Might be in summer time there not much privicy, cuz out the window are tables of

The hotel is a splendid old house in a very quiet area. Our room was very large and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings.
However, the best feature of the hotel was the staff - friendly, helpful, and with fluent English. My wife found the bed a little too soft for her back - housekeeping quickly set up a mattress on the floor which solved the problem.
In short - highly recommended.

This place is absolutely recommended. It is right by a canal and views are beautiful, even when you are having breakfast (which is also very complete by the way). Besides it is very easy to get to the center from there and metro stations are very close if you want to move farther away. This hotel is really a bargain given its quality.
