The elegant Lotus Therm Spa&Luxury Resort is located in Baile Felix, right next to the forest and within a 10-minute walk from the centre. It offers free access to an Aquapark with indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a treatment and SPA Centre and free WiFi in all areas. Parking is available on site, at an extra fee. The on-site Aquapark Felixarium offers 14 indoor and outdoor pools with thermal water, a pool bar and a beach-volley field and a children’s playground. The retractable dome roof over the indoor pools allows guests to admire the sky while relaxing. The hotel’s Gold SPA features 3 types of saunas, various massages and an ice room. Medical treatments are available in the Nelumbo Med-SPA Center, which features massage rooms, a fitness centre, indoor pools with thermal water, different types of sauna, an ice fountain, medical treatments, cosmetics and qualified therapies. All rooms and suites are decorated with custom-made furniture and come with air conditioning, a SMART TV, and a private bathroom fitted with a shower, a hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy their meals in the main restaurant, Ambra Salon, which serves drinks and international dishes. Crystal Cafè serves coffee, tea, fresh juices, cocktails and wine in the lobby. A conference centre and 3 event halls are available for various occasions.
