We were given an upgrade on our room for no extra cost, which was great. The room was newly refurbished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay! A big wow factor with the hotel tucked so closely behind a beautiful, must see castle! The whole setting of the hotel was excellent. It's tucked out of site amongst forest and rock outcrops, modern in appearance but not detracting from the surroundings.
