The stuff is very polite helping you in everything you ask them. The hotel is cosy and clean. Breakfast is excellent. The downtown of Warsaw is 20 minuts drive. Highly recommend tho stay in Relax hotel. -

The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. This hotel is perfectly located for one-driver two-day trip from Mid-Europe to Baltics - just the midway, right at beginning of highway to Suwalki and border crossing. Good food at restaurant and pretty nice breakfast! -

Really nice hotel, massive bedrooms (we had a double and it had a large separate bathroom and sitting area - felt more like an apartment), and very friendly staff. I think the hotel is in a good location, right next to the Royal Park and a 5 minute walk to the bus that goes to the old town (116, 180) or the center (131, 501 519). We didn't visit,

The manager gave us a call in the morning...when we arrived he welcomed us personally and supported us we lots of information about the city and tourist attractions.
