The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress.   The apartment for 5 people was very nice especially the decoration. But the shower room was a bit small. This hotel is easier to travel by car. Free private car parking which was very safe!! - everything except the bedding. the covers were too small for two.
