  We were 2 adults and 2 childrem (age 11,10) Very large apartment with everything included. Apartment very well decorated. Location is very central. On the street but when windows were closed did not hear anything.

  The apartment was beautiful! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect! Close to the main square, restaurants, and a good central location for seeing everything. The staff was friendly and so helpful. They arranged taxis to and from our apartment and were willing to help with anything. We were suppose to check out at 10am the next morning but the staff knew that we needed somewhere to stay un - The apartment was spotless and very modern. It was in an excellent location just 3 mins from Market Square and there was a local supermarket around the corner. The staff were excellent and arranged our trips out and sorted out our airport transfers. They were also very knowledgable of the area. The apartment has everything you need, cooker, fridge, Microwave, hairdryer, Iron. The apartment was also very spacious.

  Everything was so perfect with this apartment. It is located right by the main pedestrian street of Krakow walkiong distance from everything in the city. The check in was easy, the women who takes care of the apartments let the key at the Mexican restaurant downstairs. When we arrived in the room, we had everything we needed (towels, a map with so... cosa dice la gente » me recommendations of restaurants, bars, etc., as well as other relevant things. The next day, she explained us a lot of things about the city, availa - The location is perfect. The rooms were a little basic but more than good enough for their price and location. The staff was nice and helpful. They contacted us by email a couple of days before our arrival to Cracow to ask us about our arrival time in order to be available to deliver to us the keys (as there is not reception). We answered to them, arrived on time and found them waiting for us as arranged. We got advice from them on restaurants and other issues that we asked them about.
