The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The staff was very helpful - they did actually let us stay in the hotel the day prior its official opening (as it turned out later), hence we know we were the ultimate first guests there:) We were treated with nice bottle of wine for the first night and bottle of Cava for th

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran
directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every
day, simply a great place, I couldn't recommend it more!!.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...
