  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

  Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room 710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe. The shower room was, as the rest of the apartment, tastefully decorated and it had a - Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street.   The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square.   Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow. The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob. Plenty of restaurants around and the staff can help with recommendations and also organise trips and taxi tr - We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

  Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place.
