  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security 24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept having trouble with the wifi. If you experience the same(but hopefully they ... cosa dice la gente » improve it) then you can easily sit in the foyer and use the building wifi, the login is on the front of the security desk. Krakow is a beautiful city - Excellent apartment and ideally located to bus/train station and not too far from the Old Town. Apartment had all mod cons one could ask for: home away from home.
