We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. will definately stay at the hotel again when I go back next year!
