Per scusarsi del disturbo arrecato fino all'alba dalla musica di una festa di matrimonio ospitata nel ristorante, non mi hanno fatto pagare il pernottamento di quella notte. Hotel molto vicino al centro. - Excellent service , distance from Old Cite and tour sites . - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff. Breakfast was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble from the restaurant staff to the chef, We have not stopped talking about it since we returned to the UK and would not hesitate in recommending the
