The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

Stayed in these Apartments from Thurs 28th - Sun 1st Dec 2013, would highly recommend! Have stayed in apartments in London and Liverpool and although they were fine they weren't as good as the AAA Apartments. Everything was spotlessly clean and bed linen so fresh. Aparment was located in a quiet and calm area. Near to old town and the main square, walking distance 10 minutes. Near to a little supermarket, open to 23:00. The apartment was nice and clean, very good standard and have a good helpful staff.

The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -
