The room and the bath are clean. If you need to specify the room, write the owner beforehand (he speaks fluent English) - we needed a double and got a twin by default.   The staff were lovely.and really helpful in bridging the language gap (We don't speak Polish). They made us feel that they really liked having us to stay. The food was very good traditional Polish food, and to cap it all it was really cheap. There was a stork nesting on telegraph pole just outside the gate as well.
