the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Excellent hotel. Brilliant location just short walk from the square. Walking distance to Wawell Castle and kasasmier area. Breakfast very good in the basement bar of hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff excellent, very helpful. Krakow great place- good value for money re food drink travel. Would stay again and recommend to others.

What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff. Breakfast was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble from the restaurant staff to the chef, We have not stopped talking about it since we returned to the UK and would not hesitate in recommending the
