  We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well. Right in the middle of the old town. - Check in staff helpful in pointing out places of interest - Tea and coffee making equipment available - Safes were good quality, ideal for the business traveller. - Fast and reliable WiFi

  The hotel buildings are beautiful, the whole hotel has a calm, relaxing feel. The pool, spa e.t.c. were first rate, and there is a good selection of treatments available, including a lovely manicure at a very reasonable price! We had a junior suite which was very nicely furnished, a good size [we had a huge bathroom] and very clean.   Stayed at the Grand Cru Hotel over the last weekend and I was very pleased with the high standards of the hotel itself and with the service. I had dinner in the restaurant on one of the evenings and would recommend it for quality, service and value. The hotel is just round the corner from the water - It's location close enough to the historic center yet in a secluded and quiet area. Our room was spacious,it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The architecture of the building with a mix of new and some touches of old style. The minimalist decoration in the rooms. Tastefully designed restaurant as well. They had a very sweet gesture and offer my husband and me complimentary dessert and a drink for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Thanks grand cru!!!
