Central location - only metres from the city centre, great view from apartment 23 on 5th floor. Very helpful & knowledgeable representative. Secure parking in basement (park the car up and leave it there for the duration of your visit). The main square has been completely refurbished and a joy to visit for a relaxing drink in one of the many street bars. Great location, perfect facilities (fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer in the bathroom, iron), speedy wifi internet connection. There is a shop with all needful is in the same building (works till 2100LT).

There was one query and it was handled with top class service. I do not know what to say ... Super apartment at a reasonable price! Everything was clean and new. I am glad that we agreed to stay longer than planned. absolutely top class facilities-all very new and modern-very friendly and welcoming staff-one of the best apartments we have stayed in. very big and comfortable rooms, very good bathroom, full equipment kitchen, especially very clean for family with children. this is a new place, therefore clean and has good appliances. good location, close to the old town. separate rooms. No checking in facilities in building - make sure you contact representative before arrival to agree checking in time. Roadworks on the periphery of the centre causes congestion. No washing machine can cause some difficulties in case of longer stay. A little noisy fridge ;). there is a problem when the owner is not available when you arrive. I didnt get two key sets but I also didnt ask for them on advance, so its okey. The roads around hotel were under construction, so it was difficult to find right path by car. Missing washing machine. Price could be a bit lower for Bialystok. total road repairs. repair of other apartments (((.
