The breakfast was great, good selection of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, pastries and fruit juice etc. The beds are very comfortable, I managed to sleep well even with a bad back.   The staff is amazing, so helpful. I had asked about a nice restaurant because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, she went through a few options until we decided on a location. She immediately made reservations for us and within 30 minutes of us getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne... cosa dice la gente » and a note congratulating us on our anniversary from the front desk staff. Above and beyond. Bravo!!! - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for four star Norwegian hotels but less than other four star hotels elsewhere in the world.

  The owners were lovely, very friendly, helpful and we felt very welcomed. A unique hotel developed from a well appointed ex Hydro electric generating company staff accommodation.   We had just a weekend booking in this hotel, for the low price we got a very clean and nice room, staff was very nice and helpfull. We can recomend this hotel to everyone with a low budget....!! - Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The shop in the entrance was very useful especially being open 24 hrs.

  We stayed here for 5 nights for the triathlon competition. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of food including soya milk. The only hotel to provide it in our two week stay in Norway!
