Breakfast was fantastic and included in the rate. - The location is really excellent, very very close to Brygge, Bryggens Museum, Rosenkrantz Tarn and Akon Hall. Just outside the hotel there is the bus stop for the shuttle service to the Airport (with frequent rides every day). Breakfast is good and with a wide choice of food. The rooms we booked - two standard rooms - were sufficiently spacious, definitely clean and comfortable, though not very bright.

  My husband and I stayed at Citybox from the 25.10.13 to 27.10.13 without any problems. I agree with some reviews below, it is a hostel and not a hotel. However we had a very comfortable stay in an en suite room in an expensive city. This place was not only cheap but also walking distance to everything as Bergen is a small city. The wi - Very close to the railway (5 min max. walking) and to the city center (10 min walking). Kitchen with microwave oven and tables. The cutlery can be borrowed from the bar opposite to the kitchen. The rooms are clean and the shared bathrooms are most of the times clean (mostly depending on the other guests which are sharing the bathrooms with you). The room had an electrical heating system, which was very good.

I had to depart at 4:45 am and the staff made up an adequate breakfast for me. Comfortable hotels that are good value for money are rare in Bergen except, I assume during the dead of winter; so I was happy to be at the Park. Breakfast was not gourmet but quite satisfactory. - Hotel Park Bergen's rooms are comfortable, though the bathrooms are small and really only accommodate one person at a time. However, they offer a very nice full Norwegian breakfast for the cost of the room, which isn't always provided at all Norwegian hotels, and coffee, tea and snacks are offered 24/7 in the breakfast room, which is very nice for travelers.
