  We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also.   L'Hotel si trova in un quartiere popolare, ma appena dietro l'angolo ci sono le fermate del tram e dell'autobus che in dieci minuti portano al centro e ovunque si voglia andare ad Amsterdam.   Host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment. Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam! I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury.   The hotel was very nicely located. The tram stop right outside took you right into the center of Amsterdam and it was only a 15 minute journey! We were also told that surrounding shops gave you a discounted service just for staying at this hotel! So that was pleasant. We also found a very good coffee shop just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself was very clean - we are married couples with a child 1 years old. The hotel is sooo nice, clean, simple and modern, friendly staff, beside restaurants and super markets, discounts I can get in many shops if I make online check in, beside a tram station, the position is so nice.Perfect for the price, although the price is not including in it changing towels or cleaning service or the TV, but I still found I dont need these things If I just use the hotel for sleeping
