  Grande gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, ottimi servizi, ottima posizione per visitare la città, parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Al nostro arrivo, il proprietario, Charles, ci ha accolti con un grande mazzo di fiori freschi preoccupandosi di accendere anche il fuoco nel camino dell'appartamento. Colazione in camera il 1° giorno, dolci tipici, vino, fo... cosa dice la gente » rmaggi, salumi e tanti altri prodotti nel frigo. - Mi è stato proposto un cambio appartamento come da email ricevuta. Il cambio è stato del tutto soddisfacente ed in più non ci è stato fatto pagare il sovraprezzo per le due persone in più. Charles è una persona veramente gentile e ci ha dato un'accoglienza speciale.

  A fabulous apartment - lovely interior design and every comfort - and wonderful hosts, Dennis and Vincent, who could not have been more helpful with restaurants etc. The apartment is in a great central location but not noisy, close to metro, supermarket and easy walks around city to museums. The lady who cooked for us makes eggs by your request. The kitchen is available for us to cook at night so we cooked one night. Nice restauran - The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.

  We loved the fact that the room was absolutely silent and bliss for a good nights sleep. The large size cosmetics were terrific as it meant we could enjoy a proper bath without running out of bath foam! The breakfast room is very grand and overlooks the manicured rear garden. Staff are extremely polite and will go out of their w - All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.
