The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. The hotel had good proximity - to the Central Station, to pick up canal trip, trams, and of course the train. The district was very convenient for laundry, restaurants, and shops. The staff was always helpful & friendly. The room was big & comfortable - I would definitely stay there again. Good value. -

The hotel is brand new and was still being finished. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. Once everything is finished a 100% I'm positive this will be a great hotel. The service was outstanding and the staff sure had a lot of patience as

This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.

All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.
