really perfect location if you have congress at RAI congress center. There is 20 minutes walking distance from RAI, about 40 minutes nice walking along river Amstel to very center of Amsterdam. I really enjoy walking, but actually I was lucky to have sunny weather for a whole week during my stay. -

Great location - right opposite a park and 1 minute walk from the tram line which takes you directly into Central Amsterdam (in 10-12 minutes). There's a very well stocked supermarket next door too.
We had the ground floor apartment and had a lovely backyard all to ourselves. Great for the kids.
Staff were friendly and available to answer all questions. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect B&B setting in a city environment. Excellent location if you're business is in the Rai convention center, Very comfortable accomodation, lovely and helpful family (not just staff). Home away from home with all business amenities. The private roof terrasse is awesome. Also a great place for a small family vacation, easy access to Amsterdam city and the convention center.

We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.

The apartments were located perfectly! Right next to a tram stop and to the Muiderpoort train station. A walk from the center of Amsterdam takes around 25 minutes. Stayed in the suite - nicely decorated, tons of kitchen tools, two 2 piece bathrooms, lovely continental breakfasts each day and hosts that were very friendly and eager to please. The host also provided a ton of detailed directions for us before our arrival. They were also very responsive to our emails and texts.
