Great location (we had our bikes with us and cycled into centre of Amsterdam in 15min max - it's a straight road from hotel to centre with cycle lane) but for people on foot there's a tram stop at the end of the road that is a direct line into the centre.
Underground car park (€15 a day which is cheap for Amsterdam!) where we could leave our car safely whilst we explored the city on bike.

Everything. The rooms are huge the bed huge and comfortable the shower huge, good aircon with ventilation, nice big tv with hdmi in for once!. Downstairs two pool tables, ping pong and a gym, bar and restaurant. Close to two tram stops however far from city center.

There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! The owners were very helpful and kind, and carried our heavy suticases up the narrow stairs. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with a useful kitchen filled with appliances. There was a great view of the canal and it was very quiet. A few minutes walk to 2 different tram stations which made it easy to get into the city's central locations. I would recommend it to my friends.

L'Hotel si trova in un quartiere popolare, ma appena dietro l'angolo ci sono le fermate del tram e dell'autobus che in dieci minuti portano al centro e ovunque si voglia andare ad Amsterdam. E' un hotel adatto a tutti, giovani e famiglie. Avevamo noleggiato anche la macchina ed è stato un ottimo punto di partenza!!. L'Hotel è molto bello e curato

Houseboat semplicemente fantastica..dotata di tutte le comodità. Il proprietario é davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. É stato bello svegliarsi e fare colazione sulla barca circondati dai cigni del canale! La consiglio a tutti e ci tornerò sicuramente. -

The location is peaceful and full of wildlife. Close to transport connections and road links in and out of the city. Quiet area, plenty of amenities. Lovely and cosy place with everything you would need. Obliging hospitality from the owners.

My daughter and I both loved the location ... the residential area and the close proximity to Vondel Park. The twenty minute walk through the park each morning and afternoon was the perfect transition into the city and back.
