The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.

The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. Il cambio è stato del tutto soddisfacente ed in più non ci è stato fatto pagare il sovraprezzo per le due persone in più. Charles è una persona veramente gentile e ci ha dato un'accoglienza speciale.

The rooms are fully modern, very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette is a real convenience. The owner provided us with excellent service, information and support. - Elizabeth was fantastic. the room was spacious and comfortable with exceptional detail for the little creature comforts like soup packets in additiot to coffee and tea in room. Not to mention an easter basket on easter morning. The hotel is on a quiet street in a covenient location near the hermitage, skinny bridge and rembrandt house. We would definetly stay here again.
