Il cambio è stato del tutto soddisfacente ed in più non ci è stato fatto pagare il sovraprezzo per le due persone in più. Charles è una persona veramente gentile e ci ha dato un'accoglienza speciale.

The rooms are fully modern, very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette is a real convenience. The owner provided us with excellent service, information and support. - Elizabeth was fantastic. the room was spacious and comfortable with exceptional detail for the little creature comforts like soup packets in additiot to coffee and tea in room. Not to mention an easter basket on easter morning. The hotel is on a quiet street in a covenient location near the hermitage, skinny bridge and rembrandt house. We would definetly stay here again.

The apartment is in a central location in the middle of the canal region - perfect for walking or catching a tram to key cultural and shopping sites in Amsterdam. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the luxurious finishes, such as the ensuite with rain shower and huge relaxing bath. The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.

I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!
