It's a really a great place to stay at in Amsterdam. All that is
said about the apartment and Guido the landlord is true. We had a
fantastic time here, the center is really just 10-15 mins of walk, the
place is silent and has a nice view on the Amstel river. The Canal
Cruise has it's stop just on the opposite side, so you can take two

Really nice to go "home",after a day of walking and sight seeing, and relax with a nice bath(huge clean tub)and a cup of herbal tea. We also saved money buying a muffin the night before and have our coffee and muffin in the am. before going out. The location is very convenient to all canal boat stops, on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood.

We had an excellent stay during our 3 nights at Park 9. It is in a beautiful setting across from Sarphatipark, in a very nice part of Amsterdam. The house itself is really nice and the bedrooms are of the highest quality that you will find in Amsterdam. Peter and Robert as hosts could not make you feel more welcome and if you are not familiar with the City, they will give you great advice on what to do and see which is really helpful for those who have little experience of Amsterdam. Gijs was an excellent host. He helped us before arrival and during the stay. We loved the character of the house (we stayed in the loft room). It was very close to everything in Amsterdam. Rather than feeling like a tourist staying in a hotel, we felt like we are staying in our own house. Perfect value for money! Amazing breakfast.

The location and views from the suite could not be bettered.
The suite itself was large,spotless,very comfortable,warm and with excellent ensuite facilities. The manager,Thomas,was incredibly welcoming,helpful and spoke perfect English. He also prepared an excellent breakfast which was eaten overlooking the canal. We would highly recommend and without doubt would return. Thank you Thomas for all your help. Robert and Joyce.

information. Houseboat was within walking distance of much of
Amsterdam and was very comfortable and relaxing; and we felt like we

Assolutamente tutto perfetto..La casa è molto accogliente, ideale per

The studio apartment is in a lovely quiet location and was clean and comfortable. The welcome we recieved was really appreciated. For a studio the apartment is huge with the added bonus of outside space. It's only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and around a 20 minute walk to the main centre. You feel your belongings etc are very safe as the owner of the apartment lives upstairs and is also "on call" so to speak if you are stuck and have any questions. -
We liked everything about Studio Bloemgracht. Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area of Amsterdam but within walking distance of the town centre. Very helpful and friendly owners who live in the apartment above. Great complimentary bottle of Prosecco to start our weekend ! Will definately stay there again.
