The cleaning attendant did a superb job in the daily clean up of the room. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and appreciative. I would definitely go back there if i visit Rotterdam. -

Warm greeting when we arrived at the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Good location overlooking the square. - Very friendly staff, with good recommendations for restaurants, cafes and bars. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I cannot say enough about this little hotel. It was perfect for a group or family of 3-4. All separate beds if desired and extremely comfy. We stayed when they were having a special Eco organic breakfast and they had beautiful fruit, fresh made juices to order, pancakes, eggs and of course croissants to name a few things - everything fresh. I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder
