Our stay in the hotel casa del mare was very enjoyable.
very good location, the beach was just across the street from the hotel. there were comfortable sunchairs and the scenery over the bay was magnificant. the room we stayed in was of good size, the bed was nice and firm to sleep on just the way we like it. the reception staff was proffesional and helpful but the star of the hotel was Nikola( the waiter in the eating area). Excellent.. we arrived late, after midnight and the owner Rajko and his wife waited for us. There were not many people at the time so they were kind to let us use the studio instead a room, very kind people. We had a huge terrace overlooking the seaside. Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Very helpful family owners. They'd reserved us a double room instead of the twin we'd booked, but when we pointed out the mistake, they gave us a studio apartment at no extra cost. We'd ordered a taxi for 0630 in the morning as we had to catch a bus, and when it was late, the accommodation owner drove us to the bus station himself - very kind!

Hotel staff was friendly and relaxed. Beach was close. Wonderful scenery, long beach boulevards and cosy, relaxed reataurants on piers. In Herceg-Novi nice non-commercial "old times" feeling. -

Great location on the beach. It's also adjacent to the walking path that extends from the old city to the new - a great place to take an evening stroll. Everything was excellent! -

The views across the garden were lovely and the garden terrace is perfect for dining or evening drinks. The apartment is close to all amenities including the beach and the old town, so long as you don't mind steps! It's great for self catering too and the beds were very comfy.

Very nice, modern and clean room. Friendly staff. Old town (20 minutes walk from the hotel) was interesting, nice cafes and a sea view from the fortress. For those who like to party, close by, there are a lot of beach bars and street cafes with live music.

For its size this is one of the best places we have stayed. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful owner, who speaks excellent English. Great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful - he both did a load of laundry for us and dropped is off at the bus station for no extra charge. The apartments are a few minutes away from the seaside promenade where there are several nice swimming areas and good restaurants. We ate some excellent grilled octopus at a restaurant only 5 min away from th apartment. It's a 15 walk to Old Town via the promenade. Also the breakfast is great!

The hotel is well located to visit Kotor in Montenegro ans well as Dubrovnik is Croatia. Room for 4 people is very spacious and clean. The kitchen has only the basics of cooking facilities but you can get whatever you need form the staff. While visiting the apartment we felt that the staff members did all their best for us to feel good having our vacation there. Besides, Herceg-Novi town is also very lovely.
