La spiaggia dell'hotel è meravigliosa e la camera sembrava più un appartamento.
La luce è soffusa l'atmosfera calda e rilassata. Il soggiorno ideale per alcuni giorni di mare e relax. -
I liked that they had wonderful programs and the staff was wonderful. One in particular, Darlene, was very warm and included me in groups. -

Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a

The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

Loved our beachside cabana. It was so romantic, especially as we had to use candle light after the sun set. Really loved having outside baths whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views (advise mosquito repellent!!). We particularly enjoyed being braced by the warm sea breeze whilst sitting on our private balcony. Felt thoroughly relaxed lounging on the swings too. Fantastic location near to great restaurants and stunning beaches.

We had a cabana right on the beach, maybe 50 feet from the water. The beach, water, and view were breathtaking. The ocean breeze was great to keep us from being too hot. It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute at the Hemingway. The location is outstanding, the breakfast (included) and the food delicious, and the staff very attentive and friendly indeed. The owner, Paola, was fantastic. Wonderful place for pets too. Looking forward to coming back to the Hemingway when we get a chance!

We stayed in the 'Titanic' room which seems to be the best - great sea views and a private balcony. It's a fairly relaxed place, not much in the way of service but there are plenty of decent restaurants nearby. -

Nice and quiet spot, bit far away from the beach but that's no issue
if you have a bike, if not, taxis are cheap and everywhere. We felt at
home and decided spontaneously to stay one more day which was no problem
at all even if we got the last room so the hotel was fully booked. Very
nice hosts! Would definetely come back -

We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. Marco, Daniele, Alma, Alma's brother and their team. Truely amazing people. They will do everything they can to make you feel at home.

We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants.
