Staff availability & friendliness. Very good internet connection. We had a room with a fridge. Coffee offered @ the bar in the morning. No restaurant but had lots of options nearby. Close to the beach. -

The brother and sister who manage the premise couldn't be sweeter
and more helpful. They were able to answer every question we had about
Cabo, actually went with me and my friend to go bargain, and drove us to
the bus stop to catch a ride to the airport. I was actually spoken to
like a person, instead of a tourist being sucked dry of money. I stayed
in a five star resort the first week in Cabo, and the customer service
at this hotel was ten times better, not to mention the wifi connection

From the moment we stepped inside the door, it felt like we were at "home" away from home. Loved the Mexican décor, the coziness, the laid-back friendliness of not only Deb, the owner, but even the other guests.
Speaking of Deb. She was incredibly accommodating and informative. We took her advice on restaurants and coffee shops and were never disappointed.
When we travel back through Loreto, we will definitely want to stay again.
