All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Perfect location!! -

The staff was great. WE requested a room with a mini fridge, although not available the first night they put us in a room with mini fridge the second day for the duration of our stay. (We stayed one week). The hotel is in an excellent location...minute from the beach and 5th Ave. -

Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

in front of the hotel there is best italian restaurant in town and also if you miss good beer there is german beer house that sels german beers, also near by very goos fresh juice in good price

the location is great, the staff is great,you have to remember for the price you are getting what you pay for for a beach front hotel. it is a basic budget mexican hotel. no problem, the lunchs at the restaurnat are good.

This hotel was everything it needed to be and more. The rooms are large and there is a little dinette area with microwave, fridge and a hot plate with pots and dishes. This is a great spot! I stayed a little over a week and enjoyed it!
It's right next to the main walking strip and a short walk to the beach.
The breakfast was good and if you ask for an eggs the guy will cook them up for you.
I stayed in room 24 and the ac was cold and I was able to stream movies via the Internet. I can't speak for the other roo

Centrally located very cute hotel (it is a language school at the same time), with a nice room, including a fridge, with a good breakfast to get started in the morning and a pleasant pool to kick back in the evenings. Friendly and helpful staff as well. I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were very cozy and the cleaning was very good. And it was the
perfect distance to the beaches, and they had enough towels both for
beach use and the room. The operation was handy to help with anything we
needed, they even arranged a water dispancer to us that we could drink

Blue Pearl is absolutely a perfect place to spend a couple of weeks in Playa del Carmen...apartments are very nice and spacious, in each terrace (or garden if u stay at ground floor) u have a bath tub and hammock; also, u have air conditioner, fridge and burner.
Position is perfect, very close to the beach, 5th avenue and all the night club.
In case we will back in Playa, we will stay again in Blue Pearl.

Its a cozy place with a small usable pool in the middle of the complex,
it was great for a quick cool or sunning if you didnt want to get in the

I like the location of this hotel. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher
