I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum
in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly
and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room
was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens.
The credit card charge amount was also within a few dollars of the amo

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was wonderful.The staff was
friendly and always ready to help.The breakfast is excellent but
expensive.So we used cupons that they offered us at the reception and
saved some money.They were always very nice to our son.I Strongly

I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is
excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very
friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need.
The beach might not be the best beach in Cancun when the sea is not calm

Almost everything,
the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking.
The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.
Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day.
The staff was skilled and ready to help.
The location is convinient for us - it is on the beach, a bit far

This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Nice hotel who gave a very serious impression with friendly staff, offered a lot of facilites etc. Big pool area with one pool only for adults, free towels and hotels own sun beds. Amazing beach! Very family-friendly for younger children. But a bit crowded.

Very good hotel. It´s located close to malls, restaurants, but at the
same time in a calm part of the touristic area. There´s a tour company
at the beach, in front of the hotel (Coco Tours) that sells good tours
(sailing, jet ski, lake tours), and we recommend. Very good breakfast in
a good restaurant, that stays between the swimming pools and the beach.
