The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Hotel is located 5 min. from airport with hotel shuttle for free. Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!

La disponibilità degli operatori nel momento in cui ho avuto un problema e la pulizia della camera - All was great, will stay there again, but after travelling throughout Mexico, cost of the room was steep. Compared to Cancun hotel zone it was lower priced, so no problems, Service was great and food was good.

The guestrooms were gorgeous, spacious, and modern. The pool was unique and very large...plenty of room for everyone and did not have to fight for a lounge chair. Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

The place is quite cosy. Anca is very friendly and is ready to help you 24 hours a day. Apartments are not so close to downtown but it cost 40 pecos to get there by taxi.

The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.
