The owner Farid is a man who could be you friend for a couple of years. A very good host. Doesn't mind to bring you same where or help you to sort things out. Gives you plenty of advise where to go and not to go. Nothing is too much for him.
Houses look really nice and are good equipped. Don't expect 5 star luxury, but the host is doing his best. Bathroom is spacious with a lovely shower. The room is big with 1 nice clean bed, closets, a small couch, a salon table, desk, refrigerator, coffee/t

Some would say that the location is not good, but if you have a ferry booked, that it might be a good choice, it is 20 minute walk from the ferry station, and 7 minutes from the busy streets of the town.
It was very clean, the staff helped us when needed. Our pick-up was late and they called the guy what's happening.
There was 0.6l water provided when arrived, and tea/coffee.
The aircontition was good.

I love the bed, it's not so soft, not so hard to my liking. I took the superior room and it's big enough for the two of us. Love the fact that there's a hairdryer in the room. Wifi was quite fast in the hotel room. Strong water pressure in the room, with hot shower available. Love it! Basement parking was lighted well. We felt secure. Nice interio

The location was excellent for people like us who went to Langkawi solely for the shopping. We also liked the idea of having endless supply of drinking water from the machine although it might be more convenient to have it at each end of the corridor. -

We liked everything about this hotel and Langkawi! They let us check in early which was very good after spending the previous night in KLIA airport. The staff were friendly and helped book tours and the transfers. The beach is 15 minutes walking from the hotel, but is very nice since this is the private beach of Berjaya resort. It is peaceful too,

A very nice receptionist/customer service, offered us a better room at the beach side even if it was only for 2 nights. A very helpful person. We enjoyed staying at Malibest Resort. -
