  I left my chain at the toilet room during check out at noon after few hours before my flight I realize it and lucky one of the staff call said they found it and keep it for me..thanks to the staff for that.and also to the manager becouse being so nice and friendly.. - staff reaction toward some issues (leaking air-con - we got another room despit... cosa dice la gente » e late time); good restaurants & food shop nearby; very attentive staff (we found flowers one day in our room - 1st time in Malay hotel :)); nice swimming pool and area around
