  Mutiara covers all international 4star standards. Reception team is very helpfull and check-in and -out is fast. I generall all personnel is very friendly. Spacious rooms, clean, some engl. Pool side is ok to refresh and to rela - A very old hotel, perhaps the biggest in JB with link to the mall next door. Easy access to/from highways, thus avoiding the jam on Tebrau Road. It has been extensively refurbished and upgraded. Love the big room, huge twin beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices

(no it is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect perfection) but it is well - i like the suite..so comfortable and feels like you are in your own appartment..the.facilities in the suite also fullfil my needs..all the important things that you need in a house is in the suite..very good right? the breakfast that they provide are also very nice ..many choices of food n beverages.the pool is in cool deco..style..the gym also.

  Booked in late in the Night and only next morning found out that the hotel was really nice. The breakfast buffet was really overwhelming with a selection of Malay specialities. I'm very tired after a long day trip and my kids were running all over the lobby while waiting for me queuing to check in.
