I liked this hotel so much! very relaxing place, very polite people. 100% enjoyed staying in it. Nice swimming pool and very close to beach and beside beach is a small bar, everything done for fantastic rest. And also loved massage done by professionals, felt super after each massage.

... cosa dice la gente » s amazing, far from noise, but still close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. the hotel is on the beach, no need to walk for reaching it. the sunset was really nice. Breakfast had a lot of selection, both western and local, sweat and salty.

Green, well maintained territory.
My small separate house called 'villa' was 10 mt from the sea.
Good room cleaning.
Travel agency on site, helping to arrange tours.
Aircon and fan in room working well.

Absolutely fabulous! Perfect beach location for relaxing family holiday, plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly service without being intrusive, the staff always happy and smiling. Food outstanding at the restaurant and pool side, breakfast good with plenty choice and good coffee. The resort and rooms are clean and well maintained, security courteous and professional. Well done Frangipani for brilliant team effort to provide us with a perfect family holiday!

Actually the room I wanted but not available via letsbookhotel.com was two bedrooms apartment. The room can only be booked directly with hotel but i need to pay full amount of deposit into bank account when making reservation for the said room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within short walk of several restaurants and shops and the beach. Family room was good size (with two large double beds and a large bathroom) and very comfortable. The pool area is great, facing a waterfall and a hill with subtropical rainforest. Excellent value for money.
They offer a daily buffet dinner beside the pool, which is reasonably priced and offers a huge variety of food (Indian, Chinese, Malay, Western). I found the quality of the food

Very nice view from the balacony. The room is clean and well orgnized.
Facilities of the hotel are great , swimming pool is excellent , the

Location is excellent. The road ends at the gate of this hotel, as if the hotel is an empire by itself. It has a lovely port where you can dine infront of it. I liked the room series 4000 and 5000 because 1000, 2000, and 3000 series rooms have a weird carpet smell in their corridor. The hotel is 15 min from airport, 5 minutes from the market, and 2 minutes away from the best beach activities.

I left my chain at the toilet room during check out at noon after few hours before my flight I realize it and lucky one of the staff call said they found it and keep it for me..thanks to the staff for that.and also to the manager becouse being so nice and friendly.. -
