Staff was very kind and helpful with us. The hotel is very well located,

The room was tiny but really well designed. The shower was great, the
bed was comfortable, there was water available. We were staying with our
three-year-old, which was a bit crazy, but we all got in there and he
liked the drop down table. It's an excellent location so we
weren't in our room much. Great value for money.

The best cheapest place to meet and had an inspiring conversation with people from all sorts of countries. This hotel is even placed in GuardianUK's Top 10 Hotel in KL. I think the place had an unique and laidback atmosphere which make the guest feels like being at home and wanted to stay longer

Staff makes us feel comfortable.
We came KL at 5 am, it was so early to check-in, but Ancasa Express @Pudu did not take any extra charge due to early check-in *happie :)*. Awesome view :"P

I take this opportunity to thank the staff, to be exact is Ms.Kay, she is quickest receptionist I had ever seen. Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window
