We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

La colazione - The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future. - The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

chain (pizza hut is right next door), 711 is right across the street
2. The cleanliness is ok, they provide wifi in room and hot water, also pretty comfy bed

The hotel was full of Olde world charm and a lovely place to stay.The staff were polite gentle and very helpful.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.The location was excellent near everything .We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and will definitely stay here again. -

We have family room and they upgraded us to two join family big rooms, the location is awesome 5min walk train station ,also allowed us early check in -
Clean quiet not to far from shopping china town and and day porter help me a lot
