all of us like and feel comfortable stay in that house. especially my kids. spent lot of time playing in the room (with aircond).
The spaciousness, location is easily reachable and near to everywhere, facilities, environment where paddy fieled and natures.
Suitable for family.
House owner is very kind to pick up us in airport, quiet and safe while you living there, house is big enough for 6 adults, you can cook in the kitchen, and the countryyard view will bring you nice feeling. beautiful village scenery.
The scenary was nice and the rooms are clean. No water heater in both bathrooms which was very difficult for us to bath especially in the morning where the weather was very cold.
only the kitchen window. transparent. people can see both from inside/outside. the curtain must be more lower.
No hot water facilities and noisy with motorbike and car ramming at the night.

Windows without grill. A bit concern of safety and security.
No hotwater for shower, that make this homestay not suitable for family with children. washing room is smelling and dark and short of facilities for hand/face washing, only can have shower. One of these three rooms is small and dark with no windows, all the beds is not comfortable enough because they're all too soft.The stinky smell of the toilet, a broken water pipe, a complaint has been made but no action taken.
No aircon and no blanket in the 2 single bed. No water heater in both bathrooms. So we have trouble in boiling water using kettle since the morning weather is very cold there. Well I have requested the blanket to the staff but no response to it. Besides the bucket given to us was leaking and no replacement was done.
