  Mutiara covers all international 4star standards. Reception team is very helpfull and check-in and -out is fast. I generall all personnel is very friendly. Spacious rooms, clean, some engl.   The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too!
