  Near to local restaurant,24 hour shop, and night bazar.Holiday Inn provide good services and facilities and the room is also clean and comfort to stay,especially with young children - The water sports, the breakfast was fantastic, staff are friendly. will definitely come back.

  This is the second time I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Was with three other friends and we checked into two adjoining hill view rooms on the 5th floor. The view was not as great as the sea view rooms and there were no balconies but it cost a lot less too during the peak holiday season so no complains. The check-in was quick (less than 5 minu... cosa dice la gente » tes) and hassle-free despite the throngs of people. This being the hill view rooms, it was also alot quieter in the evening. Visited the Hard Rock Caf - The staff was not only friendly but helpful. We were in Penang with another family and my parents and did not arrange anything with the hotel in advance. There were no van rentals available but the concierge tried and made a few phone calls for us and did manage to one for us. We were really grateful to them for even trying. The pool was fabulous and my children (9, 5 and 4) absolutely LOVED it. We booked a King's Double room and was pleasantly surprised when HRH upgraded us to a suite which is

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most notably, they were honest. I was sure I had lost my 2k spectacle but they found it. They were very alert too. They would assist you anytime. The room was excellent. The environment was a thing to remember. The food were 1st class. The service was very fast and acccurate.
