Whatever was advertised in the Booking Com , all amenities and facilities were provided ditto in the Holiday apartment. Really very comfortable stay.
Would like to visit it again if come next time.The tariff was very reasonable for this type of apartment.
I love to stay here when I visit penang again. But I want to recommend for improve more facilities, better have hanger outside to hang a washing clothes, have a stove for cooking simple food and more safety lock at the main door for safety.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
I stayed in a 2room unit which had cable TV airconditioning and was clean. The bed was comfortable and large. I slept well. The owner were particularily helpful with eating suggestions.
It's a very spacious apartment with nice gardens, a beautiful beach and swimming pools. Though the room is very spacious it has a relaxing atmosphere.
swimming is good...5 minutes walking distance to beach (water sport).. value for family vacation.

The room needs refurbishment. Perhaps a dressing table and kitchen cutleries. It would be good if you could clean the whole unit properly before renting it out to others.

Don't have the sea view unit.dirty unit.
Facilities mentioned to be working wasn't really working. Fridge
and heater was not functioning. One of the air-cond needed major
servicing as there is too much of dust in it. Very inhygenic to be
used. Parking fees of rm 5 per/day is ok for a short stay, but not
for a long stay.
Apartment 1805: Overall the unit is Dirty, tv is just for display with
no channel, No basic things like towel, soap, shampoo are provided,
Spoilt kettle, the owner never shown up (he only pick your call for the
first time just to collect cash, then after that didn't pick up as
he knows that customer is going to complaint), dirty beds, furniture
not well maintained, broken windows, broken door. In conclusion, all
are sucks!!.
Service Room Just like been misleading with the add in the internet.
The owner of Apartment No. 1805 very irresponsible.Once we paid the rental,he straight away left and didn't pick up the call when we called him due to no electric supply in the apartment.Overall,the room is dirty and not comfortable.
