The hotel is fine under almost every perspective: good location; rooms are wide, well furnished and endowed with all needed facilities; housekeeping is accurate. The staff proved themselves professional and helpful. A special mention goes to Keota (hope I'm spelling well), the lady in charge with the relationships with the guests: well, she's exquisite, attentive and really caring of her guests and of maintaining the hotel's good standards.

Although only 3 or 4 years old the facilities are rather dated. The room was basic with a minuscule bathroom consisting of a curtained off shower area, toilet and hand-basin (cold water only).
Very good breakfast and a first class front desk staff who went to great lengths to help. Forgetting to send the shuttle bus to meet on arrival at Vientiane airport was offset by offering the return journey free of charge.
Overall good value for money.

Great hotel. Only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. Big bathroom with a great shower, something we didn't have at many other hotels. Very clean and staff are very accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay. -

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the middel of down town Vientiane, with a lot of restaurants and cafes close by. The breakfast meny varied and good and cleaning also. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will certainly use the hotel next time I come to Vientiane, but book early since it was often full booked. -

We were given the last room on ground floor facing the laundry and meeting place of staff which was a bit noisy and they could look into our room. Good location for the sights. Offers free shuttle service to airport. Helpful staff and good breakfast. While not the cheapest hotel by back packer standards it gets you a lot especially if you have been traveling a while and need to spread out a little. Well worth it. Breakfast was generous.

All requests were met. We were picked up from the airport and were welcomed by 2 friendly staff. Upon arrival at the hotel, welcome drinks were served. Staff were friendly and hardworking. You'd see them always cleaning. Thus, hotel and its premises were always neat. Breakfast was great! Menu changes daily. No complaints about the room: comes with a ceiling fan and A/C so you can choose between the two or use both if you wish to. Location was convenient.
