From staffs to supervisor, they are very supportive and flexible, indeed! They will try their best to get what you need. Still, the staff in charge of weekend during day time is not that nice.

The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes away from the subway station. Not to mention to the numerous wonderful eateries around Hongdae.
The House Tel provides excellent breakfast. One can try the tasty Korean side dishes together with steamed rice, bread or instant noodle.
Staff are very friendly and the room is huge and comfortable.
